As the spate of August town halls comes to an end, The Village Square offers a new twist on the health care debate by serving it up for dinner, with a side of civility, diversity of opinion and fact checking on the side. Who knew this was possible?
The panel features Dr. Ray Bellamy of Physicians for a National Health Plan, John Hogan, President and CEO of Capital Health Plan, Mark O’Bryant, President and CEO of Tallahassee Memorial, Dr. Jill Quadagno of Florida State’s Pepper Institute on Aging and Public Policy and Dr. William Weissert of FSU’s Department of Political Science. The panel represents the range of opinion on the current legislative debate.
