The God Squad continues this Faith, Food, Friday season with “When Religion Becomes Violent.” Joining the God Squad for this discussion will be special guest Dr. Parvez Ahmed from the University of North Florida. In addition to his work as Director of the Center for Sustainable Business Practices and Associate Professor of Finance at the Coggin College of Business, Dr. Ahmed writes about Islam and the American Muslim experience, and teaches a course titled, “Islam: the faith, the people and their politics.”
